Being a native of the eternal city makes Susanna an outstanding tour guide. The bike tour we took around the city and the lunch on the river was awesome. Her knowledge of the city took us to special places that tourists seldom ever see - locations where there is no flood of tourists and crushing crowds. Not only did we fall in love with Rome, but with our hostess as well.

I also took one of her bike tours, which was great. She knows quiet streets to ride on. She's very knowledgeable: she's an architect, and she's passionate about Rome and its history. If you ask her, she'll send you more info on the tour options she has; I recommend the experience.

She organised a great bycicle tour for me and my younger daughter covering old and new sights (like where Julia Roberts lived in Eat, Pray, Love), famous monuments and toy shops. She also helped with organising anything else around our stay and travel on (train tickets etc). We hadn't prepared much ourselves for a quick weekend in Rome but thanks to her it was fabulous.

My husband and I stayed in Rome for a week.  We went on the bike tour of Rome and had lunch at a beautiful spot on the river. We also had cooking lessons where we learned how to make hand made past, meatballs, and tiramisu! AMAZING! I would definately recommend Susanna to anyone who wants experience Rome the Roman way! Susanna also helped arrange transportation for us to and from the airport.
